Handbook to Foster the Success of BIPoC STEM Students
- Goal: We will create a pair of complementary handbooks for BIPOC STEM graduate students and their mentors to facilitate important conversations around mentorship and student success, informed by research, personal experience, and peer interviews.
- Aspirations for Impact: This resource will serve as a starting point for students and their mentors to discuss important topics that are vital for student success. Our aim is to provide a tool for personal reflection, communication, and goal-setting that will foster improved mentor/mentee relationships.
