Format, Logistics, and Expectations
Session length and format
- Training workshops range from one hour to full-day or multi-day experiences.
- Format can be virtual, in-person, or a mix, depending on your needs.
- Each training is structured to meet the specific needs and constraints of the host institution.
- ARIS provides customized workshop materials tailored to your goals and audience.
What we ask of host institutions
- Identify a point of contact for planning and logistics.
- Handle logistics and expenses associated with workshop promotion.
- ARIS can handle registration or your team can. If your team manages registration, then the data will be shared with ARIS.
For in-person workshops:
- Reserve facilities and provide AV based on trainer needs.
- Arrange any catering, if desired.
- Cover travel expenses (transportation, food, lodging, airport transfer/parking) for each trainer. ARIS will try to identify trainers who are local or reasonably close when possible.
Pricing
Standard workshop fees:
- $3,000 – one-hour webinar
- $5,000 – half-day workshop
- $10,000 – full-day workshop
For shorter or longer sessions, costs will be adjusted accordingly. For multiday trainings, let us know your needs so we can provide a customized quote.
