Summit 2025: Cancellation, Substitution and Modification Policy
Any request for a refund of the registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be processed if it is received by March 25, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 25, 2025. No refunds will be issued for no-shows; however, you are encouraged to substitute someone else to attend in your place.
Your registration – using the confirmation number that was provided – can be modified or cancelled online.
Hotel and any other travel-related cancellations, substitutions and modifications are separate to the Summit 2025 policy.
