This three-day, in-person ORIC Cohort 2026 Training is designed to set the foundation for success and to kick off the two-year ORIC journey. This experience builds institutional capacity through collaborative learning and strategic planning. Participants will strengthen community, identify key strengths and challenges, and develop a clear ORIC Action Plan, including a strategic plan, logic model, and next steps. Participants will leave with increased momentum, confidence in BI readiness, and a shared commitment to ongoing collaboration.
