What we ask of host institutions

Identify a point of contact for planning and logistics.
Handle logistics and expenses associated with workshop promotion.
- ARIS can handle registration or your team can. If your team manages registration, then the data will be shared with ARIS.

For in-person workshops:

Reserve facilities and provide AV based on trainer needs.
Arrange any catering, if desired.
Cover travel expenses (transportation, food, lodging, airport transfer/parking) for each trainer. ARIS will try to identify trainers who are local or reasonably close when possible.
