ARIS Welcomes Jenny Carr as the new Director of Training & Development

Jenny Carr brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education and training to her new role as the Director of Training & Professional Development at ARIS. With a career spanning over seven years in training and education, Jenny has developed a strong foundation in instructional development, instructional design and training making her a valuable addition to the ARIS team.

Her dedication to training and education brought her to ARIS, where she is excited to work on impactful projects on a national level. Jenny was drawn to ARIS by its mission to advance research and make a significant difference in communities. She believes that with her skills, talents, and purpose, she can deliver impactful training and provide people with the necessary resources and tools to perform their jobs effectively.

Jenny is passionate about increasing exposure and access to research, especially in underserved and minority areas. She believes that research has the power to advance communities and bring about significant impact. By promoting visibility and representation, Jenny aims to inspire and influence individuals from diverse backgrounds to see research as a viable and exciting career path.

Outside of her professional achievements, Jenny has a deep appreciation for elephants, admiring their strength and gentleness. She values the importance of relaxation and rest, especially as a mother of a young toddler. Jenny has always been fascinated by Bali and dreams of visiting someday.
