Deeply committed to supporting the connection between scientists and society for the next generation, Dr. Bankston has worked on a broad range of collaborative projects, innovative programs and adaptation to virtual learning. Her research and publication on academic issues have increased transparency around postdoc pay and advocated for improvements in universities to support trainees.
